共轨柴油机测控实验教学系统的开发

摘  要:
将现有共轨柴油机上的传感器及执行器的信号作为信号源,设计相应的信号调理电路,通过数据采集卡将信号采集到计算机,利用LabVIEW编程实现基于虚拟仪器的实验教学系统软件平台的设计,实现了系统的登陆、主控模块、虚拟仪表、测试各种工况下发动机各信号波形或变化趋势、数据流分析、数据离线处理、系统帮助等功能。

摘  要:
The sensor and actuator signals of a common rail diesel engine are regarded as the signal source.The signals are collected through a DAQ card with designing conditioning circuits.The software platform of experiment & teaching system based on the virtual instrumental technology is designed through LabVIEW.Functions such as log-in of the system,virtual instruments,test of the waveforms and its changing trends of signals from the engine in different kinds of working conditions,analyses of the data stream,the process of data after testing and system assistance had been realized.
