农药多残留高通量筛查分析技术研究进展

摘  要:
农药残留检测技术是保障农产品安全的关键。气相色谱(GC)、液相色谱(HPLC)、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)、液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)等分析技术已经成为当前主要的多农残分析技术,但随着国际相关组织及各国制定的最大残留限量要求(MRLs)越来越严格,要求的检测项目也越来越多,高灵敏度、高分辨力、高抗干扰能力、快速筛查的多农残筛查确证分析手段应运而生,这些检测手段将进一步服务出口企业,加快对外贸易的通关速度,促进我国农产品出口,并保障国内外消费者的食品安全。

摘  要:
Analysis technology for pesticide residues plays a important role in protecting the security of agricultural products. In recent years, detection methods such as GC, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS have became the major analysis technique. Yet, as the maximum residue limits(MRLs) republished by relatived international organizations and different countries become stricter, while the amount of demanded test item increases. Therefore, high sensitive, high resolution,high anti-interference, rapid screening means of multi-residue determination of pesticides are needed, which would give further service to export enterprises, accelerate the liquidation of external trades, promote the exports of agricultural commodities, and assure food safety of consumers from different countries.
