摘  要:
提出了一种具有自适应特性的时频分析方法——局域波时频谱 ,对旋转机械中常见的动静件碰摩、不对中早期故障信号进行了分析 ,和频谱分析进行了比较。结果表明局域波法能清晰地描述振动信号的时频特征 ,为工程实际中转子系统的早期故障诊断提供了有效的依据。

摘  要:
A new adaptive time-frequency analysis method, local wave time-frequency spectrum was developed. The method improves the concentration of time-frequency spectrum, and removes noise and rejects the gross terms from signal. A true time-frequency characteristics of a signal can be obtained by this method. Based on its features of both time-domain and frequency-domain, the method can be applied to analyze the experimental data of two kinds of early faults, such as rotor and stator rub and misalignment happened in rotating machinery. The results from ordinary frequency analysis are also given. The comparison between the two kinds of analysis results was carried out, it showed that the method could express clearly the time-frequency characteristics of vibration signal, and supply an effective information for the early fault diagnosis.
