局域波分形动力学在旋转机械故障诊断中的应用

摘  要:
根据局域波分解原理 ,分析了旋转机械常见故障信号局域波分解后的各模式分量的分形特性 ,提出了一种应用局域波分解和分形技术对旋转机械进行故障诊断的新方法。分析结果表明 ,由于不同故障的动力学产生机制不同 ,相应的关联维数具有明显的可分性。关联维数可作为旋转机械非线性故障的特征提取。

摘  要:
The fractal features of decomposed modes of the common faults of a rotating machine were analysed by the principle of local wave decomposition, which was a novel method for fault diagnosis of a rotating machine. The results imply that the different faults show different kinematics mechanisms and the correlation dimensions of different faults can be easily distinguished and used as characteristic of nonlinear faults of a rotating machine.
