摘要：

本试验用3只装有永久瘤胃瘘管的绵羊,研究了稻草饲料通过瘤胃速度(kp)及其与稻草饲料采食量的关系,并探讨了不同预处理方法对 kp 的改善效果。稻草饲料采食量与 kp 有极显著相关(r=0.84~(***),Se=0.30),表明稻草的采食量受其通过瘤胃速度调节。稻草单独饲喂绵羊时,其 kp 很慢(平均1.52%/小时),换算成瘤胃内滞留时间为65小时。单独添加大豆粕或单独用氢氧化钠处理对改善稻草料 kp 的效果都不佳;而用碱处理后再添加大豆粕,可大大加快稻草饲料的 kp(p<0.01)。这些结果表明:利用碱处理和添加氮源等方法,可以大大加快稻草饲料通过瘤胃的速度,进而提高家畜对稻草饲料的采食量。

摘要：

Three rumen-fistulated wethers were used to study the ruminal rate of passage of rice straw diet(kp),its relationship with the intake,and ef— fects on the kp of different treatments.The dry matter intake of rice straw diet was significantly correlated with the kp(r=0.84***,Se=0.30), indicating that rice straw intake will increase with the increased ruminal rate of passage.The kp was relatively low(on average,1.52%/h)when rice straw was given alone,slightly increased by either soybean meal suplementation or sodium hydroxide treatment.Supplementation of alkali-treated rice straw with soybean meal greatly increased the kp(P<0.01).These results suggest that both nitrogen supplementation and alkali treatment will improve the kp,and increase the intake of rice straw diet.
