继续教育中德育实施的难点、成因及对策

摘  要：
德育的实施是继续教育的难点之一。分析了三个导致德育实施的难点 :学员理想与现实的矛盾 ;健康心理素质的缺失 ;系统国情教育的缺乏。找出了难点的成因 :科学主义霸权地位的确立导致人文精神的缺失 ;学校急功近利的办学思想 ;系统国情教育的忽视。提出了解决问题的对策 :加强人文教育宣传 ;增强教师自身修养 ;提高对国情教育重要性的认识 ,并加深对其内容的研究和理论分析 ,营造实施的环境等
