Enterobacter sp.对土壤莠去津污染修复及代谢途径分析

摘  要:
[目的]明确莠去津降解菌对土壤污染的修复效果,并分析代谢过程。[方法]通过土壤修复试验,筛选莠去津污染修复的最优环境条件。利用高通量基因测序方法,分析莠去津的代谢过程。[结果]在接菌量为2%(v/v,OD600为1)、温度为25℃、时间为28 d时,修复效果最好。菌株对莠去津的降解是在6种酶及其辅助蛋白的共同作用下完成,生成5个中间产物。[结论]试验菌株具有较高的莠去津污染修复能力和独特的代谢过程。

摘  要:
[Aims] The aims were to clarify the effects of atrazine degrading bacteria on soil pollution and analyze its metabolic process. [Methods] The optimum environmental conditions for atrazine removal were screened by soil remediation test. The high-throughput gene sequencing method was used to analyze the metabolic process of atrazine degradation. [Results] The results showed that the remediation effect was the best when the amount of bacteria was 2%(v/v, OD_(600)=1), the temperature was 25 ℃ and the time was 28 days. Atrazine degradation by the strain was carried out under the combined action of 6 enzymes and their auxiliary proteins, and 5 intermediate products formed.[Conclusions] The test strain has high ability of contaminant remediation and unique metabolic process.
