基于不同情境的节水型社会建设需水预测——以宁夏中卫市为例

摘  要:
近年来在经济快速发展和城市化进程中,水资源短缺和水环境污染等问题已经成为制约地区经济社会发展的重要因素。结合中卫市取(用)水现状、未来经济社会发展目标和《实行最严格水资源管理制度考核办法》,设置2种情境,对2020年中卫市城市需水进行模拟。结果表明,常规节水情境下,预测2020年中卫市经济社会发展各行业总需水量为13.692亿m~3;高强度节水情境下,2020年中卫市经济社会发展各行业总需水量为13.219亿m~3。预测到2020年,随着中卫市农业(含生态)用水量大幅下降,工业用水量有较大幅度提高,生活用水比例有一定程度的提高。

摘  要:
In recent years, water shortage and water pollution and other issues have become important factors restricting the development of regional economic and social development in the process of rapid economic development and urbanization of Zhongwei City. According to water utilization and future social and economic development goals in Zhongwei City and the implementation of the most stringent water resources management system, two scenarios were stimulated in this paper. Results showed that total water consumption of various industries in Zhongwei City in 2020 would reach 1.369 2bn cubic metres under conventional water-saving conditions and 1.321 9bn cubic metres in high strength water saving situation. By 2020,industrial water consumption will increase significantly and the proportion of domestic water consumption will have certain improvement as agriculture(including ecological) water consumption will have a substantial decline in Zhongwei city.
