摘  要:
以郑州市为例,根据实际情况,建立了节水型社会定量评价指标体系,采用层次分析方法对建立的评价指标体系做了评价,计算得出,2010年将初步建立节水型社会,2020年将全面建成与小康社会相适应的节水型社会。

摘  要:
It is an inevitable choice for the water resources sustainable use to establish water-saving society.Taking Zhengzhou city as an example and according to actual situation,the quantitative water saving index system,which is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process,is set up in this paper.The calculated results show that water-saving society will be preliminary established in 2010 and the water-saving society suitable for the well-off society will be completely established in 2020.
