复合添加剂对沼液杀灭蚜虫效果的影响研究

摘要：

为了进一步推动沼液(厌氧发酵液)的高品位商业化利用进程,本文主要针对蚜虫的生理生化特点,采取向沼液中添加不同复合添加剂方法,对沼液的杀灭蚜虫效果进行实验研究,结果表明本文选用的5种复合添加剂均对厌氧发酵液杀灭蚜虫有增效作用,提出BP01号复合添加剂的适宜配比为8000倍液~11000倍液、BP02号为24000倍液~30000倍液、BP03号为8333倍液~12500倍液、BP04号为18000倍液~25000倍液、BP05号为10000倍液~15000倍液。同时,文中还对厌氧发酵混合液杀灭蚜虫的机理和作用进行了分析探讨,为研究开发以厌氧发酵液为主要原料,能替代化学农药的安全型生物杀虫剂提供科学参考。

摘要：

In order to promote the commercialization and utility of anaerobic fermentation slurry further,according to the physiology biochemical characteristics of the aphides,the text adopted the idea to add different compound additives to the anaerobic fermentation slurry,and carried out an experiment on effect of anaerobic fermentation slurry on killing aphides.The result showed that 5 kinds of the compound additives adopted were able to enhance the effect to kill aphides when they were add into the anaerobic fermentation slurry.It was proposed that the volume ratio between the anaerobic fermentation slurry and the additive were: BP01 8000～11000,BP02 24000～30000,BP03 8333～12500,BP04 18000～25000,BP05 10000～15000.The mechanism of killing aphides of anaerobic fermentation slurry mixture was also discussed.
