竹粉/PA复合混粉激光烧结制件弯曲强度研究

摘  要:
以竹粉为原料,低熔点聚酰胺(PA)为粘合剂,利用机械混合法制备了竹粉/PA复合混粉。对该材料激光烧结成型件进行了弯曲强度测试。试验结果表明竹粉/PA复合混粉激光烧结成型特性好,当其他烧结参数不变的情况下,抗弯强度随激光功率增加而增加,当粉末床能量输入密度为0.22 J/mm3时,弯曲强度为15.1 Mpa,弯曲模量为219.7 Mpa。

摘  要:
The bamboo powder was used as raw material and the low-melt polyamide( PA) as binder in this paper. The bamboo powder / PA blend was prepared by mechanical mixing method. The bending test specimens built by laser sintering were tested by universal mechanical testing machine. The experimental results show that the bamboo powder / PA blend had good forming characteristics using laser sintering method.The bending strength increased with the laser power increased when the other conditions unchanged. The bending strength is 15. 1 Mpa and bending modulus is 219. 7 MPa when the powder bed input energy density is 0. 22 J / mm3.
