应用ICP-MS测定水稻及植株中硅含量的方法研究

摘  要:
着重研究水稻及其植株中硅测定的样品前处理方法和利用ICP-MS测定Si含量时的仪器条件。创新"碱熔融法"样品前处理方法,探索ICP-MS法测定Si的仪器条件。通过加标回收率和国家标准物质的分析试验验证方法的准确性和可靠性,标准曲线的线性范围在0~50.0μg.mL-1,回归方程的相关系数达0.9969。方法的检出限小于0.032μg.mL-1,试样加标回收率在84.2%~104.3%,精密度小于3.42%;国家标准物质杨树叶(GBW07604)和茶叶(GBW07605)的测定值均在标准值允许的范围内;研究的方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高及方法稳定的特点。适用于批量植物样品中Si的测定。

摘  要:
A determination method for Si in Rice and its plant was studied in this paper.Digested the rice and its plant sample by high pressure airtight microwave digestion facility and determined Si elements by Inductive Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrum(ICP-MS),by which improved the pretreatment and instrument condition.Linearity scope of standard curves in range of 0~50.0 μg·mL-1,related coefficients above 0.9969,detection limit below 0.032 μg·mL-1,add-callback rate in range of 84.2%~104.3% and precision below 3.42% were obtained in the test.Measurement value of poplar leaf(National standard sample GSW07604)and tea leaf(National standard sample GBW 07605)used to validate the method could meet the request in standard method.The method could be used for element determination of plants in batch for its fast,accurate,high sensitive and synchronization determination.
