蒸汽爆破处理对板材渗透性的影响

摘 要:
对柞木(蒙古栎)板材和红栎板材进行了压力为0.25、0.40和0.55 MPa的蒸汽爆破预处理,并测量了板材在爆破以后的横向气体渗透性。与未爆破板材的横向气体渗透性相比,经过蒸汽爆破预处理后板材的渗透性得到不同程度的提高,而且蒸汽爆破处理的压力越大及处理温度越高,处理后板材的渗透性越大;板材的厚度越薄,蒸汽爆破处理后其渗透性越大。爆破次数对板材的渗透性也有影响,爆破次数越多,其渗透性就越大。

摘 要:
Steam explosion was researched to find effects of treatment results on the lumber permeability.The lumber of Mongolian oak and red oak was carried out with steam explosion treatment at the pressure of 0.25,0.40 and 0.55 MPa.The permeability of treated lumber was measured,compared with that of untreated lumber.It showed that the lumber permeability after steam explosion treatment was higher than that of untreated one,the higher of pressure,and the thinner of the lumber thickness,the greater permeability was.
