昆虫杆状病毒组学研究进展

摘  要:
杆状病毒(baculoviruses)是一类专性感染无脊椎动物的共价闭合双链环状DNA昆虫病毒。由于杆状病毒对环境和人畜无害,其作为生物农药在生物防治方面发挥着重大作用。此外,杆状病毒还可作为一种真核表达载体,广泛用于药物研发、疫苗生产,以及作为基因转移载体用于基因治疗等方面。综述了杆状病毒的基因组学及蛋白质组学研究进展,对阐明病毒的感染机制具有重要意义,并且在此基础上可针对性地对其进行分子改良或开发高效的生物增效剂。

摘  要:
Baculoviruses is a kind of covalently closed double stranded circular DNA insect virus and specifically infects invertebrates. As baculovirus is harmless to the environment and human beings,it plays an important role in biological control as a biological pesticide. Baculovirus can also be used as a kind of eukaryotic expression vector,widely applied in drug development and vaccine production,as well as gene transfer vector applied in gene therapy. This paper reviewed the research progress of baculovirus genomics and proteomics,which had great significance to clarify the virus infection mechanisms and also would be helpful to carry on molecular modification or develop highly effective biological synergists.
