吉首市降水特征及短历时暴雨雨型分析

摘  要:
为了给城市防涝规划、积涝预报预警、给水排水、工程设计与建设等提供科学支撑和参考,对吉首市近10年的降水特征进行分析,发现吉首市年平均降水量为1 534.3 mm,年最大降水年份为2014年,降水量为2 209.4 mm,占10年内总降水量的14%;月平均降水量最大值为260.0 mm,出现在6月,最小值为35.9 mm,出现在1月。通过模糊识别法以及PC法对吉首市短历时暴雨进行分析,发现吉首市暴雨类型主要为单峰型,且中部单峰型雨型的比例最大。其中,模糊识别法发现中部单峰型雨型的比例最大,占比为37.04%;PC法发现短历时暴雨在第13个时段出现的降水量最高,占总降水量比值为5.71%。

摘  要:
The study aims to provide a scientific support and reference for urban waterlogging planning, waterlogging prediction and early warning, water supply and drainage, engineering design and construction. It is found that the average annual precipitation is 1 534.3 mm, the annual maximum precipitation year is in 2014, and the precipitation is 2 209.4 mm, accounting for 14% of the total precipitation in 10 years, there was a maximum monthly average precipitation 260.0 mm in June and a minimum of 35.9 mm in January based on the analysis of precipitation characteristics in Jishou City in recent 10 years. It is shown that the rainstorm type in Jishou City is mainly unimodal type, and the proportion of unimodal rain type in the middle of Jishou City is the largest by analysis of short calendar rainstorm in Jishou City by means of fuzzy recognition method and PC method. It's showed based on the fuzzy recognition method that the ratio of the unimodal rain type in the middle part is the largest, accounting for 37.04% and it's found by PC method that the precipitation of short duration rainstorm is the highest in the 13 th period, accounting for 5.71% of the ratio of total precipitation.
