一种新型垃圾填埋场生物覆盖层基质的甲烷氧化动力学研究

摘  要:
陶粒与堆肥的混合基质可作为氧化消减垃圾填埋气的材料。在实验室模拟条件下,分析了生物覆盖层基质的含水率、温度、初始甲烷浓度、初始氧气浓度等环境因子对甲烷氧化效率的影响,借助O rigin version 7.5软件进行生物覆盖层材料甲烷氧化动力学参数拟合,旨在为实际工程应用提供科学依据。试验结果表明:堆肥与陶粒的复合基质最佳含水率为40%时,甲烷的氧化速率达6.28μmolCH4.g-1h-1;覆盖层材料的最大甲烷氧化速率为Vm ax为9.10427μmolCH4g-1h-1,半速常数Km为3.45%。

摘  要:
Organic cover matrix of ceramsite and compost could be used as materials to oxidize and eliminate landfill gas.Laboratory-scale experiment was made to analyze the effect of environmental factors,such as moisture content,temperature,methane content,oxygen content of bio-cover matrix,on methane oxidation efficiency.Kinetic parameter fittings were done by dint of Origin version 7.5 software,aiming at providing scientific basis for practical engineering application.Results showed that the mixture of compost and ceramsite was the most appropriate bio-cover material for landfill.The methane oxidation rate reached to 6.28 μmol·g-1 h-1 when water content of bio-cover mixture was 40%.The largest methane oxidation rate Vmax was 9.10427 μmolCH4·g-1h-1,Km 3.45%.
