摘  要:
广占63-4S是中国水稻(Oryza sativa L.)两系育种中使用较多的优良不育系。随着繁殖世代的增加,一些地方出现不育系转育温度漂变的现象,给制种带来了风险。试验以X公司使用的广占63-4S为基础材料,利用冷水串灌技术提纯出转育温度低于23℃的株系。

摘  要:
As an excellent two-line male sterile line, Guangzhan 63-4S is widely used in rice breeding. Its critical temperature of fertility alteration drifted in some regions with the increase of generation, bringing a potential risk to seed production. By the approach of irrigating cold water, several strains with critical fertility transfer temperature lower than 23 ℃were acquired from the Guangzhan 63-4S provided by X company.
