~(60)Coγ射线对甘薯黑斑病(Ceratocystis fimbriata)的抑制效果

摘  要:
用60~(Co)γ射线25—400krad的不同剂量辐照甘著黑斑病菌及带病甘薯(Ipomoeabatatas Lam.)薯块,发现200及400krad剂量的辐照对菌丝体和子囊孢子有一定的抑制作用,对分生孢子、厚垣孢子抑制作用甚微;200krad在20天内基本抑制薯块上病斑的发生和发展,薯块外观良好,接种发病率比对照低75%,病斑平均直径不及对照的五分之一;400krad的抑茵效果更高,但尚不能完全杀死病菌孢子,并对薯块外表有伤害,使其色泽变暗,贮藏后期易产生干腐。本试验表明,200krad剂量的辐照处理对甘著贮藏有实践意义。

摘  要:
Treatment of Ceratocysiisfimbriate and infected tuber roots of sweet po-tato ( I pomoea baiatas Lam. ) have been made with 60Co γ-ray of doses of 25,50. 100, 200 and 400 krad respectively.It was found that there was clear inhibitory effect on hypha and sporangia during 7 day period when dose of 200 and 400 krad was used, but little on conidia and chlamydo spores. After using of 200 krad to treat infected root tubers, the origination and e extention of disease spots were inhibited basically during 18-day period, and the root tubers remained in good condition, the incidence of disease spot was 75% lower then control and mean diameter of disease spot was less than 1/5 of latter. There was much higher inhibitory effect on the dose of 400 krad, however, the root tubers appeared some damage after irradiation and showed relatively serious dried rot after one month's storage.
