‘小金海棠’多酚对高脂小鼠肝组织的影响

摘  要:
采用饲喂高脂饲料建立高脂小鼠模型,'小金海棠'多酚(MXP)灌胃给药(50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg)连续7周检测肝组织中甘油三酯(TG)与总胆固醇(TC)水平,并观察肝组织形态,最后检测糖脂代谢途径相关蛋白(IRS、Akt)的表达状况。结果表明:MXP可以降低肝组织中TG和TC水平,并能明显抑制肝细胞损伤,其中100 mg/kg组效果较好;更为重要的是MXP可以显著提高IR和IRS的表达,改善糖脂代谢信号通路。

摘  要:
Hyperlipemia mice model was established by feeding high-fat diet and MXP gavage administration(50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg) were treated to mice for 7 weeks. The levels of triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC)in liver tissue were detected,and the morphology of liver tissues was observed. Finally,the expression of related proteins(IRS, Akt)in the pathway of glucose and lipid metabolism was detected. The results showed that MXP could reduce the level of TG and TC in liver tissue and inhibit the injury of liver cells obviously. The effect of 100 mg/kg group was better. More importantly, MXP could significantly improve the expression of IR and IRS and improve the signaling pathway of glycolipid metabolism.
