用灵发素(LFS)建立翅子罗汉果组织培养技术

摘  要:
目的:建立翅子罗汉果的组织培养技术;方法:以翅子罗汉果野生植株的单节茎段作外植体,MS为基本培养基,在统一添加NAA0.1后,再分别添加LFS,BA,KT0.3进行诱导;结果:(1)只有MS+NAA0.1+LFS0.3能诱导腋芽萌发并建成根苗齐全的再生植株,25 d萌发率≥90%;其它培养基只诱导外植体形成大量愈伤组织,腋芽不萌发;(2)用MS+LFS0.3进行继代培养,周期25~30 d,增殖倍数3.7;(3)再生植株移栽成活率90%~100%。结论:在常用的CTKs中,至今仅发现LFS能够诱导翅子罗汉果单节茎段获得再生植株。

摘  要:
Object:To set up the technology of tissue culture of Siraitia siamensis(Craib) C.Jeffrey.Method:Take the stem cutting with bud of the wild plant as explants.MS as basic medium added NAA0.1 and supplied respectively with LFS 0.3,BA 0.3,KT0.3 to induce the explants.Results:(1)Only the medium MS+NAA0.1+LFS0.3 could induce the axillary bud sprouting and forming a complete regenerated plantlet with shoot and root.The sprouting ratio≥90%during 25d;But other medium only could induce lots of callus and the axillary bud could not sprout;(2)The period was 25-30d and the rate of multiplication was 3.7 by using medium MS+LFS0.3 for secondary culture;(3)The survival rate of transplanted regenerated plantlets reached 90%-100%.Conclusion:Up to now,only LFS could induce Siraitia siamensis(Craib) C.Jeffrey forming regenerated plantlets among CTKs used usually.
