正渗透技术浓缩沼液特性及效果研究

摘  要:
文章为考查正渗透技术在沼液浓缩方面的过程特性及应用效果,采用Na Cl作为驱动液,探讨了驱动液浓度、错流速率对正渗透浓缩过程的影响,并对浓缩后沼液中的各类物质含量进行全面分析。结果表明,Na Cl浓度为2 mol·L-1,错流速率为60 L·h-1,沼液浓缩5倍是较为理想的浓缩条件,在此条件下,除TK,NH3-N的浓缩倍数和回收率稍低外,其他营养成分浓缩倍数均在4.74倍以上,回收率均高于94.8%,其中COD,腐殖酸和氨基酸回收率高于99.5%,且浓缩液中重金属浓度远低于国家标准。综上,采用正渗透技术浓缩沼液具有良好的可行性,为提高沼液应用附加值提供了技术支撑。

摘  要:
A forward osmosis( FO) system was constructed using Na Cl as draw solution to examine the process characteristics and application effect on biogas slurry concentrating. Effects of draw solution concentration and cross-flow velocity on slurry concentrating process were investigated,and contents of various constituents in concentrated biogas slurry were analyzed. The results indicated that the Na Cl concentration of 2 mol·L- 1,cross-flow of 60 L·h- 1and 5 times of concentrating rate were desirable,under which all nutritional constituents in biogas slurry were concentrated over 4. 74 times except TK and NH3-N. And the nutrition recovery rate were above 94. 8%,specially,the recovery rate of COD,humic acid and amino acid were more than 99. 5%. In addition,the heavy metal contents in concentrated biogas slurry were lower than the national standard. It is feasible and effective to utilize the FO membrane technology for biogas slurry concentrating.
