摘  要:
Cu2+对棕尾别麻蝇Boettcherisca(Sarcophaga)peregrina敏感品系(S)和耐性品系(CuR)的胁迫间接影响了其蛹期寄生蜂—丽蝇蛹集金小蜂Nasonia vitripennis的生长发育和繁殖。丽蝇蛹集金小蜂P代的寄生率和产仔量在低浓度处理时增加,而在高浓度时下降,且CuR品系中P代寄生率和产仔量较高。Cu2+提高了丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的单位蝇蛹重产仔量,而降低了F2代子蜂的羽化率和成虫寿命,该作用在CuR品系处理中更为明显。此外,Cu2+胁迫,尤其是高浓度处理,改变了F1代和F2代羽化子蜂的雌雄性比。

摘  要:
Cu2+ stress on susceptible strain(S)and resistant strain(CuR)of flesh fly Boettcherisca(Sarcophaga)peregrina influenced indirectly the growth,development and reproduction of its pupae parasitoid Nasonia vitripennis.Parasitism rate,offsprings of parent generation increased at lower dose and decreased at higher dose,moreover,these two indexes in CuR treatment were much higher than those in S treatment.Cu2+ increased offspring numbers per pupa weight, and reduced eclosion rate and adult longevity of F2 generation,especially in CuR treatments.In addition,Cu2+ stress,especially in high concentration treatment,changed sexual ratio of F1 and F2 generation.
