摘 要:
通过观测妊娠期(1~90 d)不同饲粮赖氨酸水平对荣昌初产母猪生长性能、血液生化指标和激素水平的影响,以评定荣昌初产母猪妊娠期回肠标准可消化赖氨酸(SID Lys)适宜需要量。选取6~7月龄、体重为60 kg左右、血缘相近的荣昌后备母猪50头,按体况随机分为5组,分别饲喂SID Lys为0.35%、0.45%、0.55%、0.65%、0.75%的饲粮,试验为期90 d。结果表明:饲粮赖氨酸水平可影响母猪在妊娠期的体重和背膘变化,处理2、3组的体增重显著高于处理5组(P<0.05),处理3组的背膘厚显著高于处理2(P<0.05)。饲粮赖氨酸水平对母猪妊娠90 d的血糖、总蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇没有显著影响,但显著影响血清尿素氮含量,处理3组显著低于处理1组和处理2组(P<0.05)。饲粮赖氨酸水平还可影响母猪血清胰岛素、类胰岛素样生长因子-I、孕酮、催乳素的浓度。通过对妊娠期体重变化、血清尿素氮、类胰岛素样生长因子-I的二次曲线模拟,得出妊娠1~90 d荣昌初产母猪的适宜SID Lys需要量为0.50%~0.60%。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to investigated the effects of dietary lysine levels on the growth performance,blood biochemical indices and hormone levels of primiparous Rongchang gilts during 1 ~90d of gestation, in order to estimate the standardized ileal digestible lysine(SID Lys) requirement for primiparous Rongchang gilts at this stage. A total of 50 Rongchang gilts at the age of 6 ~7 month(about 60 kg BW, Proximity of descent) were divided randomly into 5 groups according to the body condition, each of which contained 0.35%, 0.45%, 0.55%, 0.65% and 0.75%SID Lys, respectively. The experiment lasted 90 d. The results showed that dietary lysine levels could influence the changes of body weight and back fat thickness of gilts during 1 ~90 d of gestation. The body weight gain in group 2and 3 was significantly higher than that in group 5( P<0.05). The change of back fat thickness in group 3 was greater than that in group 2, obviously. There were no significances in the contents of serum glucose, total protein, triglyceride and total cholesterol of the gilts on Day 90 of gestation(P >0.05); but the serum urea nitrogen content in group 3 was significantly lower than those in group 1 and group 2(P<0.05). Dietary lysine levels could affected the concentrations of serum insulin, insulin-like growth factor-(, progesterone and prolactin of the gilts on Day 90 of gestation. The results of quadratic curve fitting in the maternal body, serum urea nitrogen, and insulin- like growth factor- I, suggested that dietary SID Lys requirement of primiparous Rongchang sows was 0. 50%~0.60% during 1~90 d of gestation.
