摘 要:
为了建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,对藏药苞叶雪莲中Zn、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Ag、Pb等10种重金属元素的含量进行测定,采用微波消解法对藏药苞叶雪莲进行前处理,以~6Li、~(45)Sc、~(72)Ge、~(89)Y、~(115)In、~(159)Tb、~(209)Bi为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定上述10种元素的含量。结果表明:对各测定元素,标准曲线的相关系数0.9992—0.9998,检出限为0.0041—4.6040μg/L,回收率为98.6%—110.5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于苞叶雪莲中10种重金属元素含量的测定。

摘 要:
In order to establish an ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of ten heavy metals contents,including Zn,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni,Cu,As,Cd,Ag and Pb,in Saussurea obvallata(DC.) Edgew,samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave.The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.The ten heavy metals were directly analyzed by ICP-MS,with elements ~6Li、~(45)Sc、~(72)Ge、~(89)Y、~(115)In、~(159)Tb、~(209)Bi as the internal standards.For all of the analyzed heavy metals,the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was in the range of 0.9992—0.9998,the limit of detection and recovery rate were in the range of 0.0041—4.6040 μg/L and 98.6%—110.5%.The method is convenient,rapid and accurate and can be applied to determine the ten heavy metals in Saussurea obvallata(DC.).
