正交试验优化苞叶雪莲超临界CO_2萃取工艺及萃取物GC-MS分析

摘  要:
考察了萃取温度、时间、压力3个因素对苞叶雪莲超临界CO_2萃取法提取率的影响,研究超临界CO_2萃取苞叶雪莲最佳工艺,并对萃取物进行了GC-MS检测及分析。结果表明:最佳提取条件为萃取温度45℃、萃取时间2h、萃取压力26 MPa;通过GC-MS初步鉴定出25种成分,主要成分为二十四烷、二十七烷、香树精、γ-谷甾醇、棕榈酸及亚油酸、亚麻酸等。

摘  要:
The effects of 3 factors such as extraction temperature,time and pressure on the extraction rate of Sauseurea obyallata extracts by supercritical CO_2 extraction process were investigated to study the optimum process for extracting Sauseurea obyallata,and the extracts were detected and analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the best extraction conditions were extraction temperature 45 ℃,extraction time 2 h,extraction pressure 26 MPa.Twenty-five components were identified by GC-MS,the main components were tetracosane,heptacosane,aromadendrin,γ-sitosterol,palmitic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid and so on.
