条斑紫菜多糖对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞凋亡的影响

摘  要:
目的:探讨Fas、Bcl-2基因在条斑紫菜多糖诱导人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞凋亡中的作用。方法:不同浓度条斑紫菜多糖作用于MCF-7细胞48h后,荧光显微镜观察人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7细胞凋亡情况,RT-PCR法检测Bcl-2、Fas基因表达量的变化。结果条斑紫菜多糖能诱导MCF-7细胞凋亡,并且上调Fas和降低Bcl-2表达。结论:条斑紫菜多糖促进人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞凋亡,其机制可能与激活Fas、抑制Bcl-2表达有关。

摘  要:
【Objective】To investigate the effects of Bcl-2 and Fas gene on Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells.【Methods】 Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were treated with various of Porphyra yezoensis polysaccharide.Cell apoptosis of MCF-7 cells were observed by fluorescence microscope.The levels of Bcl-2 and Fas gene expression in all groups were detected with RT-PCR.【Results】 Porphyra yezoensis polysaccharide had obviously apoptosis-inducing effects on Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells and could effectively decrease the level of Bcl-2 gene expression and increase the level of Fas gene expression.【Conclusion】Porphyra yezoensis polysaccharide could induce apoptosis of MCF-7 cells probably through down regulating Bcl-2 gene expression and up regulating Fas gene expression.
