超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定猪肉中苯并咪唑类药物残留

摘  要:
试验建立了猪肉中5种苯并咪唑类药物残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)残留分析方法.噻苯达唑、阿苯达唑、芬苯达唑、奥芬达唑、苯硫氨酯在10.0~600μg·kg-1线性范围内,标准曲线相关系数(r)分别为r=0.9936、r=0.9983、r=0.9912、r=0.9921、r=0.9999,方法检出限分别为4.43、6.12、9.97、5.53和3.74μg·kg-1.加标回收实验中苯并咪唑类药物加标浓度分别为30.0、100和300μg·kg-1,回收率为86.8%~98.8%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~11.1%.方法简单、快速、准确,适用于可食动物肌肉中5种苯并咪唑类药物残留的检测.

摘  要:
A method was established to detect five benzimidazole residues in pork by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). Thiabendazole, albendazole, fenbendazole,oxfendazole and febantel in the linear range of 10.0-600 μg·kg~(-1), the correlation coefficients of standard curve(r)were 0.9936, 0.9983, 0.9912, 0.9921 and 0.9999, and the detection limits of the methods were 4.43, 6.12, 9.97,5.53 and 3.74 μg·kg~(-1), respectively. The recovery rate were 86.8%-98.8%, and the relative standard deviations ranged were 3.2%~11.1% when the addition standard concentrations of 5 benzimidazoles were 30.0, 100 and 300μg·kg~(-1) in the addition standard recovery test. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, it can be used to detect benzimidazole residues in muscle tissue.
