2-(4-硝基苯基)苯并咪唑的合成

摘  要:
研究对硝基苯甲醛和邻苯二胺在空气直接氧化合成2-(4-硝基苯基)苯并咪唑的简便方法,并用熔点测定仪、红外光谱法和元素分析仪表征目标产物的结构。结果表明,邻苯二胺与对硝基苯甲醛的摩尔比为1∶1.4,反应时间3 h,反应温度为65℃,氧化产物的产率可达70.14%。在同样的条件下进行重复试验,产率可达70.0%以上。该工艺路线所得产品色泽好且熔点与文献值吻合,具有后处理较容易,对设备腐蚀较小等优点,是一条应用价值较高的工艺路线。

摘  要:
The easy way for para-nitrobenzaldehyde and o-phenylenediamine to be directly synthesized into 2-(4-nitrylphenyi) benzimidazole was studied,and the structure of target product was analyzed by melting point detector,elementary analyzer and infrared spectrum.As indicated by the results,when the molar ratio of o-phenylenediamine to para-nitrobenzaldehyde was 1∶ 1.4,the reaction time was 3 h,and the temperature was 65 ℃,the yield of products could reach 70.14%.The experiment was repeated under the same conditions,the yield was above 70.0%.The products obtained through this method had the advantages of good color,easy posttreatment and little corrosion to equipment,proving that the method had high application value.
