银杉根际微生物群落结构初步研究

摘  要:
通过定点取样的方法对重庆市金佛山国家自然保护区内的银杉根际微生物的群落结构进行了初步研究。结果表明:银杉根际微生物中的细菌在数量上比放线菌和真菌高1个数量级,银杉的根际微生物在数量上至少较其他松科植物相差1~2个数量级;不论从类群数量还是个体数量上,银杉的根际微生物总量都远低于其他松科植物,这可能是导致银杉退化和生长不良的原因之一。

摘  要:
The community structure of rhizosphere microorganisms of Cathaya argyrophylla was studied using the method of fixed-point sampling.The results showed that among rhizosphere microorganisms of Cathaya argyrophylla,the quantity of bacteria is one order of magnitude higher than that of actinomycetes and fungi;the quantity of rhizosphere microorganisms of Cathaya argyrophylla is one order or two orders of magnitude less than that of the other Pinaceae plants at least.Therefore,no matter it is from group numbers or from individual numbers,the total amounts of rhizosphere microorganisms of Cathaya argyrophylla are much lower than the other Pinaceae plants,which may be one of the reasons lead Cathaya argyrophylla to degradation and poor growth.
