除盐雾通风结构设计分析

摘  要:
设计一种除盐雾通风系统,包括一个封闭筒状的壳体,筒状壳体内过滤器由一个物理过滤层和两个化学过滤层组成;物理过滤层内设有F5或F6级的过滤器;化学过滤层内设有中性化学干燥剂;壳体两端设有进气口及出气口。气体通过过滤系统得到多层的物理及化学的综合过滤,使进入设备内部气体的湿度及含盐量低于引起电化学腐蚀的条件,从而达到通风气体除盐雾的目的,大大降低设备内部金属表面腐蚀生锈的目的。

摘  要:
A desalination mist ventilation system was designed, which consists of a closed cylindrical shell,the shell had one physical filter layer and two chemical filters. The physical filter layer had filter of F5 and F6. The chemical filter layer had a neutral chemical desiccant. The air inlet and an outlet were provided at both ends of the shell. The gas was filtered by the multi-layer physical and chemical filtration system. This made the humidity and salt content of the gas entering the equipment lower than the conditions that caused electrochemistry corrosion. Thus achieving the purpose of ventilating the gas to remove salt mist and greatly reducing the corrosion and rust of the metal surface inside the equipment.
