降解菌Enterobacter sp.对二甲四氯污染土壤中水稻生长的影响

摘  要:
[目的]探讨二甲四氯高效降解菌Enterobacter sp.对污染土壤的修复使用。[方法]研究了高效降解菌Enterobacter sp.对二甲四氯污染土壤中水稻出苗率、株高抑制率和含水量的影响。[结果]与二甲四氯污染组相比,施用了Enterobacter sp.的处理组水稻出苗率提高了29.00%、28.00%和24.00%,株高抑制率分别降低了19.80%、14.20%和8.90%,与含水量无明显关系。[结论]Enterobacter sp.能在一定程度上缓解二甲四氯对水稻的药害。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study the remediation of MCPA-contaminated soil by Enterobacter sp..[Method] With rice as test materials,the effects of Enterobacter sp.on the seedling emergence rate,plant height inhibition rate and water content of rice grown in the MCPA-contaminated soil were studied.[Result] The treatments of Enterobacter sp.improved the seedling emergence rate by 29.00%,28.00% and 24.00%,respectively,while reduced the plant height inhibition rate by 19.80%,14.20% and 8.90%,separately.The application of Enterobacter sp.produced no influence on the water content of rice.[Conclusion] Enterobacter sp.can reduce the harms to rice brought by MCPA to a certain extent.
