超声辅助提取辣椒籽油研究

摘  要:
应用超声波法提取辣椒籽油,采用单因素和正交实验研究了物料粒度、液固比、超声功率、超声时间、超声温度对辣椒籽出油率的影响。研究表明:在超声功率175W,超声温度40℃,超声时间50min,液固比为10(mL/g)时,辣椒籽出油率达到88.9%。

摘  要:
The extraction of capsicum seeds oil by ultrasonic wave was studied.The effect of power,time,temperature,material granularity and fluid-solid ratio on the rate of oil extraction were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the rate of extraction could reach 88.9% under the following condition:175W,40℃,50min,solid-fluid ratio10.
