不同处理方法对2种栒子属灌木种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
采用98%H_2SO_4浸泡种子不同时间(30min、45min和75min)、45℃温水浸泡48h后切割外壳、不同温度层积沙藏(5℃、15℃和5~15℃)以及5℃沙藏处理后45℃温水浸泡48h,98%H_2SO_4浸泡种子45min等4种方法处理水栒子和灰栒子2种栒子属种子,旨在探索各处理对2种栒子种子萌发的影响及打破2种子休眠的方法和最优萌发条件。结果表明:1)98%H_2SO_4不同处理时间和45℃温水浸泡48h后切割外壳2种处理方法不能打破两种栒子种子的休眠。2)2种栒子在不同温度层积沙藏处理下都发了芽,但发芽率低,其中5℃的沙藏温度下发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数相对较高。3)5℃沙藏处理后45℃温水浸泡48h,98%H_2SO_4浸泡种子45min处理下种子发芽率较高,解决了两种栒子种子的休眠问题,为最优萌发条件,在此处理下的两种栒子种子的发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数与对照及其他处理相比差异显著。

摘  要:
The seeds ofCotoneaster multiflorus andCotoneaster acutifoliuswere soaked in 98% H_2SO_4 for different times(30 min,45 min and 75 min),45℃ warm water soak 48 hafter cutting the shell,Different temperature stratified sand(5℃,15℃ and 5~15℃)and 5 ℃ sand treatment after 45℃ warm water soak 48 h,98% H_2SO_4 soak seeds 45 min.The aim of this study was to explore the effects of the treatments on the seed germination of two species and the method of breaking the dormancy of two seeds and the optimal germination conditions.The results showed as follows:1)Two kinds of treatment of 98% H_2SO_4 different treatment time and 45℃ warm water immersion 48 hafter cutting the shell can not break the seed dormancy of two kinds seeds.2)Two kinds of seeds of Cotoneaster were sprouted under different temperature layers of sand,but the germination rate was low.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index were relatively high at the temperature of 5℃.3)5℃ sand treatment after 45 ℃ warm water immersion 48 h,98% H_2SO_4 soaking seeds45 min treatment under the seed germination rate is higher,It solves the dormancy problem of two kinds of seeds and is the optimal germination condition.The germination potential,vigor index and germination index of the two seeds under this treatment were significantly different from those of the control and other treatments.
