水栒子繁育技术对比研究

摘  要:
为探讨水栒子快速繁育方法,对打破水栒子种子休眠的方式及扦插繁殖进行对比研究。结果表明:98%的浓硫酸处理15 min能够有效地打破水栒子种壳对种胚萌发的限制;变温层积能够有效提高水栒子种子的出苗率;用150 mg·L~(-1)的ABT 1号生根粉浸泡处理4 h,水栒子嫩枝扦插成活率最高;实生繁育是目前水栒子在新疆进行推广的适宜扩繁方式。

摘  要:
The methods of breaking seed dormancy and cutting propagation of Cotoneaster multiflorus were studied. The results showed that: 98% concentrated sulfuric acid treatment for 15 min could effectively break the restriction of seed shell on embryo germination; Variable temperature stratification could effectively improve the emergence rate and seedling rate of Cotoneaster multiflorus seeds; The survival rate of softwood cuttings of Cotoneaster multiflorus was the highest when treated with 150 mg·L~(-1) of ABT1 rooting powder for 4 h; seed propagation is a suitable way for Cotoneaster multiflorus propagation in Xinjiang.
