双支撑气缸疲劳分析及改进

摘  要:
通过对双支撑气缸进行加筋结构改进,达到提高变速器的使用性能,延长变速器的使用寿命。利用有限元方法对双支撑气缸进行了应力分析和疲劳分析,并通过应变测试,证明分析模型和改进措施的有效性。

摘  要:
Through the reinforced structure improvement of double support cylinder to improve the transmission use performance and prolong the service life of the transmission. This paper did the stress analysis and fatigue analysis of the double support cylinder by using the finite element method, to demonstrate the effectiveness of analysis model and the improvement measures through the strain test.
