番茄色选机弹齿气缸的仿真研究

摘  要:
为研究一种新型弹齿气缸的工作特性,建立了气缸内部腔体动态特性微分方程组,利用Matlab中的四阶龙格—库塔法求解方程,得出气缸工作过程中腔室压力以及活塞位移、速度随时间变化的动态曲线。通过对曲线变化趋势进行理论分析,表明这种新型气缸对减小活塞冲击、快速复位、减少响应时间有明显作用。

摘  要:
The differential equations of internal dynamic characteristics of pneumatic cylinder were established to study a new kind of spring finger cylinder.The pressures of air chambers of the cylinder and the movement of the piston were obtained through solving the differential equations by four-order fixed-step runge-Kutta method with matlab,and the results were analyzed theoretically.The simulation shows that this kind of cylinder have obvious function on reduce piston impaction,reset quickly and reduce the response time.
