一个复合材料力学模型在植物细胞膨压研究中的应用

摘  要:
为了研究膨压对植物细胞生长的影响,基于Eshelby等效夹杂理论,建立相关的细观力学模型,考察了包埋于低熔点琼脂凝胶中的拟南芥单细胞在单轴应力作用下的生长变化。在模型中植物细胞被看作包埋在琼脂凝胶中的夹杂,当200 mN的单轴应力作用于该悬浮细胞-琼脂凝胶复合材料系统时,细胞内的膨压可以被看作为施加在细胞内的本征应变。这个模型可以从理论上分析细胞形态变化与其有效性能之间的关系。

摘  要:
For investigating the role of turgor pressure in plant growth,a composite materials mechanical model was developed based on the Eshelby method.This model can demonstrate how presssure stress influences turgor pressure of single Arabidopsis thaliana cell,and its deformation and morphogenesis.In this study,the cell is treated as inclusion in the agarose gel,and the turgor pressure can be taken into account as eigenstrain.This mechanical model may be used to explain the relationship between the plant cell shape changing and the effective properties of cell-agarose gel composite materials system.
