刺槐叶瘿蚊成虫的生物学特性

摘  要：
2009年对刺槐叶瘿蚊成虫进行了观察,结果表明,在河北昌黎地区4月底至9月初为成虫发生期,1年共发生6代。各代成虫羽化期平均为13.2 d。越冬代成虫从4月25日开始羽化,5月5日~5月10日为越冬代成虫羽化高峰期;5月20日~5月25日为第1代成虫羽化高峰期;6月5日~6月10日为第2代成虫羽化高峰期;6月23日~6月28日为第3代羽化高峰期;7月6日~7月10日为第4代成虫羽化高峰期;7月23日~7月25日为第5代羽化高峰期;9月初开始以幼虫越冬。多数成虫在夜间羽化,少数成虫在早晨和晚上羽化,白天羽化量很少。成虫有趋弱光、喜潮湿的习性。上午7~9点和傍晚6~8点活动比较活跃,夏季晴天上午7~10点是刺槐叶瘿蚊的交配盛期。刺槐叶瘿蚊成虫喜欢在未展开的小叶和未展开的复叶上产卵,在叶柄和老叶上产卵量很少。成虫的平均孕卵量为137粒,在田间平均产卵量为59粒。刺槐叶瘿蚊雌成虫平均寿命为57.4 h,雄成虫为31.8 h。

摘  要：
The adults of Obolodiplosis robiniae(Haldemann) were studied in 2009 and the results showed that its occurrence was between the end of April and early September in the region of Changli,which contained six generations totally a year.Adult emergence of each generation averaged 13.2 d.From April 25 the overwintering adult started emerging,and the peak was between May 5 and May 10.The peak emergence of the first generation happened in May 20 and May 25,in June 5 and June 10 the second generation occurred.The third was in June 23 and June 28.The forth took place between July 6 and July 10,and the fifth started in July 23 and ended in July 25.In early September Obolodiplosis robiniae(Haldemann) started to overwinter as larvaes.Most adult emergence occurred at night,a little in the morning and evening and little in the daytime.Adults were used to weaker light and humid environment.Obolodiplosis robiniae(Haldemann) was more active during 7 and 9 am and 6 to 8 in the evening.The time of 7 to 10 am in sunny summer was its mating peak.The Obolodiplosis robiniae(Haldemann) adult preferred to oviposit in the unexpanded leaflet and the unexpanded compound leaf,but the amount in the petiole and old leaf was little.The average amount of eggs in the body of female adult was 137,but the mean fecundity in the field was 59.The average life expectancy of Obolodiplosis robiniae(Haldemann) adult was 57.4 h for female and 31.8h for male.
