摘  要：
公证机构作为"多元化纠纷解决"新的组成力量,对于我国社会矛盾的解决以及缓解司法资源不足的现状发挥着重要作用,因此规范与完善公证调解制度,是当前民事司法改革需注意的一个重要方面。本文将仔细梳理公证调解制度的现状,并在分析我国公证调解制度现存问题的基础上,认为公证调解制度应从公证机构的转变、委托调解协议的公证、建立交流与反馈机制等方面进行完善,从而更好地发挥公证调解作为国家法制第一道防线的作用。

摘  要：
Notary organ as "diversified dispute resolution" of the new power, for the solution of the problem in our society, and alleviate the status quo of the lack of judicial resources play an important role, so the specification and perfecting the notary mediation system, is the current civil judicial reform is an important aspect of note.This paper will comb through notary mediation system present situation, and on the analysis of the notarization mediation system in our country, on the basis of existing problems, think notary mediation system should be the transition of the notary organ, entrust the notarization of the settlement agreement, to carry on the consummation to set up a communication and feedback mechanism and so on, to better play to notarization mediation as the first line of defence of the country's legal system.
