氟罗沙星对鸡败血支原体和大肠杆菌混合感染的疗效

摘要：

以人工诱发鸡败血霉形体和大肠杆菌混合感染模型 ,评价氟罗沙星的疗效。按每升水加入 2 5mg、5 0mg及 10 0mg氟罗沙星及 5 0mg环丙沙星的用量给病鸡饮水给药 ,连续 5天 ,对混合感染鸡的治愈率分别是 86 .7%、90 .0 %、90 .0 %及 83 .3% ,而感染对照组的死亡率为 6 3 .3% ;用药组的相对增重率分别为 10 1.3%、10 5 .7%、10 7.2 %及 10 2 .4% ,均显著高于感染对照组(5 8.5 % ,P 0 .0 1)

摘要：

The disease model was infected in 180 chickens by inoculating Mycoplasma gallisepticam into the trachea and E.coli into the breast muscle.All the therapeutic groups of chickens were medicated for 5 successive days via drinking water with fleroxacin (25,50,100mg/L) and ciprofloxacin(50mg/L),respectively,the other group was unmedicated as infected control.The curative rates of the diseased groups treated with 25,50,100mg/L of fleroxacin and 50 mg/L of infected control group was 63.3%.Percentage of relative body weight gain of the diseased groups treated with 25,50,100mg/L of fleroxacin and 50mg/L of ciprofloxacin were 101.3%,105.7%,107.2% and 102.4%,respectively.Percentage of relative body weight gain of infected control group was 58.5%,and it was lower than that of treated groups (P?0.01)
