基质栽培式鱼菜共生系统成本收益分析——以上海某庄园为例

摘  要：
鱼菜共生系统是一种新型的复合种养体系,它有效地整合池塘养鱼技术与蔬菜无土栽培技术,通过巧妙的生态设计,达到科学的协同共生,实现养鱼不换水而无水质忧患,种菜不施肥而长势良好的生态共生效应。本文简要地介绍鱼菜共生系统的发展历史及不同模式,综述鱼菜共生系统的国内外研究现状。同时以上海市某庄园为例,采取成本收益分析的研究方法,探讨鱼菜共生系统的经济可行性。最后,提出鱼菜共生系统发展的相关建议。

摘  要：
Aquaponics is a new type of compound culture system, which effectively integrates the technology of pond culture and the soilless cultivation of vegetable. In order to achieve the scientific synergy, it integrates these two kinds of completely different farming techniques of the aquaculture and vegetable production through clever ecological design. Thus it achieves the symbiotic effect of the fish production without changing the water without water hardship and no fertilizer and vegetables grow well in this system. This article briefly introduces the development history and different types of aquaponics, and summarizes the research status of aquaponics at home and abroad. At the same time, in order to discuss the economic feasibility of aquaponics, it is based on the case study of XX Farm in Shanghai and take the method of the cost-benefit analysis on aquaponics. Finally, some related suggestions on the development of aquaponics are put forward.
