混合式定量称量系统研究

摘  要:
分析了设计的混合式定量称量系统结构、工作原理和系统动态特性 ;通过合理选择称量传感器 ,设计并联和算电路、高性能前置放大与滤波电路 ,应用模数转换器和单片机 ,实现称量数据采集 ;通过对采集数据波形分析 ,对处于震荡过程中的采集数据进行快速滤波处理及无偏估计处理 ,快速准确获得加料量。加料试验数据分析表明 ,数据采集处理可靠有效 ,称量速度和准确度满足了混合式定量要求。

摘  要:
A hybrid quantifying is a new method with high speed and precision, which is widely applied in quantifying packaging for powder and particle materials. One of the keys in hybrid quantifying is how to weigh with a high speed and precision. In the paper we analyzed the mechanical characteristic and the loading wave of a weighing system, discussed the selection of weighing sensor, the application of parallel connection and summation circuits, filter circuit, A/D conversion and microcomputer, and the techniques of data sampling and processing. In order to rapid and accurate acquire the feed weigh, we also analyzed the experiments of quantifying. The results showed that the techniques of data sampling and processing were effective and could meet the demands of rapidity and precision in hybrid quantifying.
