不同培养基对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响

摘  要:
为了研究不同培养基对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响,获得最佳培养基。采用不同培养基对中薯4号茎段进行琼脂固体培养,观察试管苗长势并测量其根数、根长、茎长、茎粗、叶片数和产量。不同培养基马铃薯试管苗在生长初期无明显差异,后期生长状况有差异,在6种培养基中以马铃薯培养基+Mn 0.16 mg/L+Mo 0.1 mg/L+1/4MS(NH4NO3+KNO3+KH2PO4)的培养基试管苗长势最好,苗壮、苗齐、苗匀、叶面积大,保护地栽培成活率100%,产量最高。该研究为优化马铃薯试管苗生长的培养基提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of different medium on the growth of potato plantlets in vitro and get the optimum medium.The stems of Zhongshu 4 were cultured with different medium by agar solid culture.The growth of plantlets in vitro was observed and their root number,root length,stem length,stem diameter,leaf number and yield were measured.There was no significant difference in the potato plantlets in vitro in different medium in the initial growth stage,but their anaphase of growth stage was different.The growth of plantlets in vitro in the medium of potato culture medium + Mn 0.16 mg/L + Mo 0.1mg/L +1/4 MS(NH4NO3+KNO3+KH2PO4)was best among 6 kinds of media.The seedlings were strong,orderly,uniform and the area of leaf was large,with the cultivation survive rate in protected land was 100%,with the highest yield.The study supplied a theoretical basis for optimizing the medium for the growth of potato plantlet in vitro.
