土壤中DBP/DEHP污染对几种蔬菜品质的影响

摘  要:
采用田间试验方法,考察了土壤中DBP(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)和DEHP(邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯)污染对番茄、蕹菜和胡萝卜品质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,当土壤中DBP/DEHP(1∶1m/m)施加量为20mg·kg-1土和200mg·kg-1土时,番茄果实中维生素C含量分别降低8.53%和23.86%,蕹菜茎叶中维生素C含量分别降低4.77%和24.62%;番茄果实中可溶性糖含量分别增加32.11%和42.95%,可滴定酸度分别降低0.58%和20.66%,糖酸比分别提高33.07%和82.02%;胡萝卜块根中总类胡萝卜素含量分别增加6.19%和6.97%。表明DBP和DEHP可以影响蔬菜的品质。它们对蔬菜品质的影响并不是因为对植物生长的毒害作用而引起的,而可能是由于干扰了植物正常的生理代谢而引起的。在番茄、蕹菜和胡萝卜的果实、茎叶和根系中都检测到了DBP和DEHP的残留,残留量随土壤中施加DBP/DEHP浓度的增加而增加。在植物的地上部分DBP的含量较高,而DEHP含量很低,说明植物容易吸收积累DBP,而对DEHP的吸收很少。

摘  要:
A field experiment was conducted to investigate effects of DBP and DEHP o n quality of tomato,water spinach an d carrot grown in DBP and DEHP -contaminated s oil.The results showed that when the soils were receiving the mixture of D BP and DEHP at rate of 20mg ·kg -1 and 200mg ·kg -1 (1:1m/m),the vitamin C contents decreased by8.53%and 23.86%in tomato fruit,and 4.77%and 24.62%in water spinach shoot,respectively,as compared wi th control.However,the soluble sugar content in tomato fruit increased by 32.11%and42.95%,respectively,while acidit y decreased by 0.58%and 20.66%,resp ectively.The total carodenoid content in carrot r oot increased 6.19%and 6.97%,respectively.The results indicated that the pollution of soil by DBP and DEHP did influence the quality of crops.It might be attributed to d isturbing effect on plant metabolis mrather than the toxic effect on plant growth.Both of DBP an d DEHP were detected in tomato,water spinach and carrot and DBP contents were relatively high in the aboveground parts of plan ts,but DEHP contents were very low,r evealing that DBP was readily to be un taken by the plants,but DEHP was not.
