摘  要：
伴随着我国经济的飞跃发展,"大健康"观念日益深入人心,在"大健康"的趋势下,人们越来越重视养生,日常的饮食中也更加注重营养均衡,更多的人开始倾向于日常生活中的"食补".由于食用菌中富含多种营养元素,其营养价值和保健作用都十分出色,所以具有比较高的使用价值,同时也具有一定的医疗保健功能,符合现代人对于健康养生的要求.将食用菌与日常食品相结合制作的保健食品,现阶段市场需求量大.因此对食用菌的主要保健功能以及食用菌对人体的保健功能进行分析,对于国内医药保健行业都具有重大意义.

摘  要：
with the rapid development of China' s economy,the concept of "big health" is increasingly popular.Under the trend of "big health",people pay more and more attention to health maintenance,and pay more attention to balanced nutrition in daily diet.Because edible fungus is rich in a variety of nutrition elements in edible fungus,its nutrition value and health care action are very outstanding,have quite high use value so,also have certain medical treatment health care function at the same time,accord with the requirement of modern to healthy keep in good health.Health food made by combining edible fungi with daily food is in great demand at present.Therefore,the analysis of the main health function of edible fungi and the health function of edible fungi on the human body is of great significance for the domestic medical and health care industry.
