伴随着我国大健康产业的发展,我国食用菌产业面临着市场需求量的增长、区域产业政策的有力支持等方面的机遇,同样也面对着食用菌产品创新落后,营养功能开发不够以及食用菌产品的安全问题。在大健康产业发展的背景下,我国食用菌产业要加强以营养和功能为育种目标的食用菌新种质资源的开发利用,完善食用菌产品的质量标准体系,重视原生态食用菌生产和开发,提高产业发展技术含量。

摘  要:
With the development of China's large-scale health industry, China's edible fungi industry is facing opportunities in terms of market demand growth, edible fungi processing technology progress, strong support of regional policies, as well as backward innovation of edible fungi products, insufficient development of nutritional functions and safety problems of edible fungi products. In the context of the development of large-scale health industry, China's edible fungi industry should strengthen the development and utilization of new germ plasm resources of edible fungi aiming at nutrition and function, improve the quality standard system of edible fungi products, attach importance to the production and development of original ecological edible fungi, and improve the technical content of industrial development.
