摘 要:
采用混料试验设计,研究了草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩不同配比复合基质在黄瓜育苗中的应用效果,结果表明:草炭+蛭石+珍珠岩=5:2:3(V:V:V)时,黄瓜幼苗的干物重和壮苗指数均最大;以壮苗指数为观测值绘制等值线图,在95%置信区间下得出黄瓜育苗基质的适宜配比(体积比)为草炭34%~45%,蛭石20%~31%,珍珠岩35%~43%;建立各因素与草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩配比的回归模型,通过LINGO11.0计算得出黄瓜育苗基质适宜的理化性状指标为容重0.17~0.22 g·cm-3,总孔隙度85~90%,pH6.8~7.2,EC 0.315~0.425 ms·cm-1,碱解氮399.0~513.5 mg·kg-1,速效钾329.0~397.5 mg·kg-1,速效磷26.4~30.1 mg·kg-1,有机质29.5~36.3%。

摘 要:
By using mixing test design,the effects of complex media of peat,vermiculite and perlite at different volume ratios on cucumber seedlings were investigated. The results showed that: The complex media of peat,vermiculite,and perlite at 5:2:3(V:V:V) made the highest dry weight and seedling index; Based on the contour map from observations of seedling index,the optimum volume ratio in 95% confidence interval for seedling media of cucumber was peat at 34% ~ 45%,vermiculite at 20%~ 31%,and perlite at 35% ~ 43%. By establishing regression model between physical and chemical indicators and volume ratios,the propriate properties of media for cucumber seedling production were bulk density 0.17~0.22g·cm-3,total porosity 85~90%,pH 6.8~7.2,EC 0.315~0.425 ms·cm-1,available nitrogen 399.0~513.5 mg·kg-1,available potassium 329.0~397.5 mg·kg-1,available phosphorus 26.4~30.1 mg·kg-1,total organic matter 29.5~36.3%.
