4种曼陀罗对粘虫和菜青虫的触杀和拒食作用研究

摘  要:
研究了曼陀罗、紫花曼陀罗、毛曼陀罗和重瓣曼陀罗不同部位提取液对粘虫和菜青虫的触杀和拒食作用.结果表明,4种曼陀罗不同部位甲醇粗提物对粘虫5龄初期幼虫的触杀作用以曼陀罗初花期根茎叶为最高,其次为紫花曼陀罗花和初花期根茎叶,校正死亡率分别为23.0%、19.0%和17.0%.紫花曼陀罗花及其初花期根茎叶、曼陀罗初花期根茎叶5种不同极性溶剂(甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、石油醚、乙酸乙酯)粗提物对粘虫的触杀作用均以甲醇粗提物为最高,校正死亡率分别为20.83%和17.93%、23.0%.紫花曼陀罗花甲醇粗提物对4龄初期菜青虫的触杀作用最强,其次为曼陀罗花甲醇粗提物,校正死亡率分别为100.0%和80.0%.4种曼陀罗花和初花期根茎叶甲醇粗提物对粘虫均无拒食作用.曼陀罗花和毛曼陀罗花甲醇粗提物对菜青虫的拒食率分别为95.5%和83.4%.

摘  要:
Contact and antifeeding effects on D.stramonium,D.tatula,D.innoxia and D.fastuosa against fifth instar larvae of M.separate and fourth instar larvae of P.rapae were researched.The results showed that the contact effect on the methanol extract from roots,stems and leaves of D.stramonium in initial bloom stage against fifth instar larvae of M.separate was the strongest,the next were the methanol extracts from flowers and roots,stems as well as leaves of D.tatula in initial bloom stage,the corrected mortalities were 23 %,19 % and 17 %,respectively.Among five different polar solvents(methanol,ethanol,acetone,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate)extracts from flowers and roots,stems and leaves of D.tatula as well as D.stramonium had the strongest contact activities against the larvae,the corrected mortalities were 20.83 %,17.93 % and 23 %,respectively.The methanol extract from flowers of D.tatula had the strongest contact activity against fourth instar larvae of P.rapae,the next was the methanol extract from flowers of D.stramonium,the corrected mortalities were 100 % and 80 %.There were no antifeeding effects on the methanol extracts from flowers and roots,stems and leaves of four species of stramonium in initial bloom stage against fourth instar larvae of M.separate.The antifeeding rates of the methanol extracts from flowers of D.stramonium and D.innoxia against the larvae of P.rapae were 95.54 % and 83.37 %.
