摘  要:
Mlo基因是一种负向调控植物防卫机制的基因。为了解巴西橡胶树HbMlo9基因的功能,通过基因表达分析,探究HbMlo9基因在橡胶树不同组织中的表达情况,以及在机械损伤、干旱、白粉菌、脱落酸(ABA)、乙烯利(ETH)、茉莉酸(MeJA)和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)处理下的表达模式。结果表明:HbMlo9基因主要在树皮和花中表达,在胶乳和树叶中表达量较低。在处理早期机械伤害会诱导该基因显著上调表达。在干旱处理下该基因表现出复杂的应答模式。白粉菌侵染不能诱导HbMlo9基因表达量发生变化。ABA、ETH、MeJA和H_2O_2处理早期,该基因表达水平显著上调,随后显著下调。这说明HbMlo9基因参与橡胶树的激素信号传导以及逆境响应过程,但不参与抗白粉病作用机制。

摘  要:
Mlo gene is a negatively regulatory gene in defense mechanism of plant. In order to understand the function of HbMlo9 in the rubber tree,we investigated the expression profiles of HbMlo9 gene in different tissues,under wounding,drought,powdery mildew,ABA,ETH,MeJA and H_2O_2 treatments by gene expression analysis. The results showed that HbMlo9 expressed mainly in the bark and flower. It was low in latex and leaf. At the early stage of wounding treatment,the gene expression was induced to upregulate observably. Under the drought treatment,HbMlo9 showed the complex response pattern. The powdery mildew infection didn' t induce the changes of HbMlo9 expression. In the early time of ABA,ETH,MeJA and H_2O_2 treatments,the level of HbMlo9 expression was significantly upregulated,then observably downregulated. The study indicated that the HbMlo9 gene is involved in the growth and response mechanisms of stress resistance in the rubber tree,but does not participate in powdery mildew resistance.
