弹齿式地膜捡拾机构模拟优化

摘  要:
针对地膜捡拾机构在建模过程中遇到弹齿不能旋转、弹齿螺旋部分晃动、弹齿不入土和负体积等关键问题,建模分析得到了弹齿在作业过程中的的应力、应变的大小及分布。结果表明:在弹齿作业过程中,在入土临界点弹齿上的应力及应变达到最大值,功耗始终处于较低水平(不超过200W);弹齿所承受的最大应力及应变出现在弹齿的齿根部位,最小应力及应变出现在弹齿的螺旋部位。

摘  要:
The mechanism of pick- up film met the questions during the modeling process,spring – tine not rotate,screw part rock,shells and tines not buried,negative volume and other key issues. Modeling analysis has been playing the tine in the process of operation stress and strain of the size and distribution. The results show that,during the Tine operating,buried in the critical point,the stress and strain of playing the tooth reaches its maximum power is always at a low level( less than 200W); Tine maximum stress and strain appear to bear in Tine root site,the minimum stress and strain appeared in parts of shells spiral tines.
